Job Summary

This position is for a Solutions Coordinator and is currently a remote position. In your role you will have the opportunity to leverage technology that transforms the status quo of clinical trial management by ensuring everyone is prepared for every patient visit. Slope is looking for a candidate who is hungry to see change in the clinical trial ecosystem, tired of the way things are being done, and open to building a better way to deliver complex clinical trials in a patient-centric manner. This role is an immersion in a tech-centric solution to work smarter, not harder.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
  • Maintain oversight of current study budgets and forecasts.
  • Escalate study risks in a timely manner to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Effectively capture and communicate feedback and data with product team to continuously improve user experience.
  • Ensure sites, patients, and depots always have the supplies they need.
Experience & Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent computer and technology proficiency.
  • Excellent time management/organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service.
  • 2–3 years clinical coordination experience.
  • 4–year degree or equivalent experience.
